At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.

Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

General

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

This is a quiet site: no music is allowed. 

Campfires are permitted on all fields, but must be in a container raised up off the ground. We have logs for sale

ONLY logs bought from the campsite may be burnt on the campfires.

PLEASE NOTE that although we allow campfires we are NOT a party venue.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Firearms are not permitted.

Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit and uneven.

No electric barbecues allowed.

Open fires are prohibited.

We have many horses on the farm (and Llamas too) Please do not touch or feed the animals.

No single sex groups

QUIET on site after 10 pm and before 7 am

Well behaved dogs are permitted on the campsite, at additional cost, but MUST be kept on a LEAD at all times and the lead be attached to a responsible person !

Suitable For: canvas only, we are a pop up site using fields that were paddocks (they are not cricket pitch standard)

Arrivals: New arrivals may pitch up AFTER 2pm and up to 7pm on day of arrival. Please STOP at Parley Golf Centre reception

Departures:  All pitches must be vacated by 11am on day of departure.

Deposit: We require a non-refundable deposit of 100%

Minimum Stay:  1 night for a pitch booking

Advance Bookings:  We accept advance bookings for tents. You do not have to book a pitch to camp, but it is advisable, especially during school holidays and over Bank Holidays, in order to avoid disappointment.

Online Booking System and pitch numbers:  The numbers on our online booking system do NOT correlate to actual pitch numbers on the ground.  When you arrive you will be able to choose where to pitch from the pitches that are available.

Please note:  We do not refund camping fees should you choose to leave early if it rains.
